Bar is definitely top quality, I donated it to a local boys club which I work at, that was started around 1976, unfortunately a lot of the bars are have been worn down over the years. The kids now have a bar with some knurling for better grip. Will be looking forward to buying a few more.

I never really cared about what type of bar I used, until I happened across a Texas power bar in a commercial gym. It was the first bar I ever used where the quality was so apparent that I wanted to know the brand and model. It immediately became a dream of mine to own one once I had space for a home gym. I have a home gym now, and owning a Texas power bar is even better than I could’ve imagined. It’s the best bar I’ve ever used, and somehow the best decoration in my house as well.
