How do I return an item?

 

Return Policy 

Original sales receipt or proof of original purchase must accompany all returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Restocking fee of 10% may apply and original shipping paid is non-refundable.  At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

- within 30 calendar days of the delivery date

- unless noted that it cannot be returned (Final Sale items) or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges unless the the item received was shipped incorrectly or damaged on arrival.   

 If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.  

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. If the item/s are used, worn or damaged, refund may be denied. 

 All returns require a return authorization prior to start of  return process.

Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund.

All clearance items are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.

Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

 

"Change Of Mind Orders"

Restocking fee of 10% may apply and original shipping paid is non-refundable.

We are willing to provide store credit for customers who fall under the category "Change of Mind Orders". All items seeking to be returned must be unused in their original packaging.

All requests for store credit with Texas Power Bars under "Change of Mind Orders" must be made within 30 days of receipt of the ordered item(s).

As a reminder, please contact us prior to returning any items at the email address below.
